What shipping methods do you offer?
We offer a variety of shipping methods. Only the shipping methods your order qualifies for will be displayed during the checkout process.

- International shipping options (any applicable duties paid by receiver):
- Priority Mail (3-5 days)
- Worldwide Expedited (2 – 5 days)
- Standard (3-5 days )
- Economic(5-7 days)
- Normally within a week by Express .
How much does shipping cost?
The shipping cost is depend on your goods . such as For several samples at least $50-75 Normally first weight goods 0.5-1kgs About$75 .
the acctually cost depend on the goods your ordered .we will caculate to you once you confirmed the items before order and ship.
Can i tracking my goods on the shipping way to get newest update?
yes , ofcourse you can . once shipment done . we will provide express tracking No . Such as DHL ,UPS , FedEX,you can tracking through website by given tracking No .

Do you ship internationally?
Yes,we are ship by internation .goods ship from China factory .
Can I place my order over the phone?
Yes, give us a call and a PinsStar representative will be happy to take your order over the phone.
Can I have my order shipped to a PO Box?
yes . acceptable.
Will I need to be home to sign for my package?
It is at the discretion of the delivery driver if they are willing to leave the package at your residence without someone home, this is not a PinsStar decision.
How can I pay for my order?
You can place your order online with any major credit card, by using your PayPal account or with banktransfer etc. Orders cannot ship until payment is collected. Please contact us at +86 15151615616 with any questions you may have.
Does PinsStar accept Purchase Orders?
Yes, we accept P.O’s from select schools and government agencies. Orders can be emailed to yongelee@PinsStar.com. The requirements for P.O.’s are as follows:
- Contact person’s name,phone number and email address ,Delivery address with post code .
- we will send back Proforma invoice to confirm order .
I am local, may I come by and shop at your store?
No, unfortunately we do not have a store. Our products are available to view and purchase online only.
Can you please send me a catalog?

Do you offer discounts for non-profits and charities?
Yes, we offer a discount for qualified non-profits and charities. contact us and note “Non-Profits and Charities” and enter the information required. our representative will reach out to you with any further questions and provide you a discount .

How long will it take for my in-stock order to ship?
Orders placed by 2:00pm CST on a standard operating business day will ship from our factory the same business day. Allow 1-2 business days for production of personalized items.

Can I get a copy of my order emailed to me?
Yes, during the checkout process you will be prompted to provide your email address. Once you submit your order you will automatically be sent an order confirmation via email.
Can you email me my tracking number?
Once your order has shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an email letting you know your order has shipped along with your tracking number.
Do you have any promotions going on right now?
We offer special discounts and promotions some times. but we can disscussable when you decide to order .
Is there a minimum order for in-stock items found on your website?
some items we have to check if we have stock . there is No Minimum order .
How much do your in-stock items cost?
All of our items are priced differently. we will caculate the cost for you reference .As your per item quantity increases, your per item cost decreases.
I am buying several different in-stock items online. Can I combine quantity pricing to get a reduced price?
No, we cannot combine quantity pricing. Pricing is based per item not on your total order. As your per item quantity increases, your per item cost decreases.
Can I add/delete items once my order has been placed?
Once you have submitted your order, you can no longer add/delete items on your order through the website. If you need to add/delete items you may call us we will assist you.
How can I check on the status of my order?
Our salesperson will contact and follow up your order .any question welcome to contact them .
Do you offer bulk pricing for orders larger then what your website shows?
Depending on the size of the order and the item, we may be able to offer bulk pricing beyond what is listed on the website. Please contact PinsStar with the item number, quantity and date needed by and we can determine if a bulk pricing discount is available for you.
Can you provide me with a price quote on in-stock items?
Yes, we can provide you with a written quote for in-stock items. Please contact PinsStar with the item number(s) and quantity(s) along with your contact information and we can send you a price quote. You may also email a request to yongelee@PinsStar.com.
CUSTOM PRODUCT QUESTIONS
What is the minimum order for custom products?
We offer Custom Laser Etched and Custom Wood Lapel Pins that do not have a minimum order quantity.but customized Pins with MOQ . Normally with 100pcs each items.
Can I mix and match to meet the 100 piece custom product minimum?
There are things we can do to within the 100 piece minimum, but on the whole, we do need 100 identical pieces. Contact a custom sales representative to discuss your particular situation.
How quickly can I receive my custom products?
In most cases custom products take about 12 business days to create, however there are several QUICK SHIP options available as well. For all other time frames please contact a custom sales representative .yongelee@PinsStar.com.
Do you have discounts for military organizations or non-profits?
We will consider such requests on a per-situation basis. Please contact us yongelee@PinsStar.com.
How much will it cost to ship my custom product?
All custom orders ship free using the standard UPS ground shipping method. We can ship custom products all over the world and we can also expedite shipping. For these costs, please contact a custom product representative.yongelee@PinsStar.com.
I’m interested in recreating a well-known logo/symbol/image: may I?
We are happy to replicate any icon or pop culture symbol you have in mind, granted you have the appropriate license approval to have the image recreated.
What sort of artwork do I need to provide you?
Whatever artwork you have, we will work with, whether that’s a final vectored piece of artwork, a hand drawing you scan and send to us, or ideas given over the phone or via email works too.
Is artwork created before I commit to an order?
Absolutely. Our design team will create free artwork for you to look over and will work with you on your design until it receives your written approval.
